A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions with team members to brainstorm innovative solutions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. Your role will also include testing and refining applications based on user feedback, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kronos. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
