Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies. - Experience with SAP modules related to production and inventory management. - Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows. - Familiarity with data analysis tools to support decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
