You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for system improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues. - Familiarity with system integration and data management. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
