Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools. - Experience with problem management and root cause analysis. - Familiarity with service level agreements and performance metrics. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
