Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the security measures align with business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations, ensuring a seamless integration of security practices within the cloud environment. Your role will require a proactive approach to identifying potential security risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of cloud operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA. - Ability to analyze security incidents and develop effective response strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
