Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Resource needs to be AI Ready.
