Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Analytics to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. This role will redefine the future of organizational capability by harnessing the power of GenAI, fostering a culture of innovation, and architecting solutions that are both cutting-edge and value obsessed. It’s not just analytics or consulting, it’s organizational reinvention amplified by artificial intelligence. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our clients’ talent management and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Delivery Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. 2. Client Engagement & Solution Development Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges. Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Org Culture, Change Management, Operating Model and Organization Design, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy and Skill Analytics. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 3. Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM) Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics and GenAI offerings by identifying market segments, crafting compelling value propositions, and qualifying business opportunities. Lead sales origination and business development—responding to RFPs, developing value cases, and collaborating across solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams. Author thought leadership and marketing assets to support GTM outreach and elevate the practice’s brand and solutions. 4. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management. Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team. Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies. 5. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 analytics professionals. Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
