Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the team, while also maintaining a focus on user experience and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience with application integration patterns and best practices. - Familiarity with API management and service orchestration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
