This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. What are we looking for? • Six Sigma, Lean Certified • Subject Matter Expert in IFO • Should have completed a full fledge project and should be able to explain it clearly starting from Problem statement to the Final outcome • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to perform under pressure • Problem-solving skills • Detail orientation • Ability to establish strong client relationship • Good to have an SAP ERP experience Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
