Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations, ensuring that all security measures align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and provide guidance on best practices, contributing to a secure and efficient cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of security architecture and controls. - Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in One Identity Manager. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Knowledge of security compliance standards and regulations. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in One Identity Manager. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
