Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Managed File Transfer. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for reference. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
