Project Role : Program/Project Management Representativ Project Role Description : Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Must have skills : Wireless Technologies Implementation Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for a Network Engineer with advanced expertise in wireless networking, Cisco Meraki, and routing/switching technologies. This role involves managing and optimizing enterprise wireless environments and ensuring robust network performance across LAN/WAN. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and deploy enterprise-grade wireless LAN solutions using Cisco and Meraki Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki environments (MR, MX, MS) Perform RF planning, wireless heatmaps, and site surveys for optimal coverage Manage and troubleshoot routing and switching infrastructure using Cisco IOS Configure advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP) Implement QoS, ACLs, and network segmentation for performance and security Monitor network health, respond to outages, and provide root cause analysis Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory Professional & Technical Skills 9+ years of enterprise networking experience Hands-on with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and AP deployments Deep understanding of Cisco Meraki architecture, dashboard, and cloud-managed networking Proficient in troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity and performance issues Experience with network monitoring and performance tools Familiarity with VoIP, multicast, and real-time traffic tuning on wireless networks Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Implementation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15-year full time education is required. Preferred Certifications: CCNP Enterprise or CCIE (Wireless or R&S) CMNA (Cisco Meraki Network Associate) or equivalent Meraki experience
