Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to integrate security controls into enterprise systems, applications, and processes, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches. You will also analyze existing security measures and recommend enhancements to fortify the organization's security posture, while staying updated on the latest security trends and technologies to effectively mitigate risks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on security best practices. - Conduct regular assessments of security protocols and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Experience with identity governance and administration solutions. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and alerts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
