Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended specifications and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality software solutions that drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
