Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Angular. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application support. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - A 15 years full time education is required.
