Must have skills : Okta Identity Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education "Summary: We are seeking an experienced Okta Security Specialist to join our IAM team. As a Security Lead, you will define and implement cloud security frameworks and architecture using Okta, ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance objectives. You will be responsible for documenting the implementation of security controls and supporting a smooth transition to managed cloud security operations. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Define, implement, and manage the cloud security framework and architecture using Okta. 2. Configure SSO for SaaS and on-premise applications through Okta. 3. Integrate Okta with directories such as Active Directory and LDAP. 4. Work with business teams, external clients, and providers to establish and troubleshoot SAML Federations. 5. Implement access management policies, federated identity, and multi-factor authentication. 6. Develop and manage Okta hooks and sign-in widget configurations. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Okta deployments and configurations. 8. Collaborate with application teams to support REST API and JSON integrations. 9. Independently drive technical tasks and provide support during implementation phases. 10. Deliver technical documentation and transition processes to cloud-managed security operations. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of identity and access management standards including SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, RADIUS, and Kerberos. 2. Hands-on experience with Okta configuration and management. 3. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON for application integration. 4. Experience with Okta directory integrations (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). 5. Proficiency in access management and federated identity solutions. 6. Solid troubleshooting skills in Okta implementations. 7. Development experience with J2EE, Java, and JavaScript. 8. Ability to independently manage technical tasks and projects. 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Information: 1. Preferred development background in Java. 2. Familiarity with cloud platform services. 3. Knowledge of OpenID Connect, SAML, SOAP, WS-Security, OAuth protocols. 4. Okta certification (Professional, Admin, or Developer) is a plus. 5. Candidate should have executed at least one project using Okta. 6. This position is open across all Accenture locations. 7. 16 years of full-time education is required. 8. The candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in implementation Okta / Auth0
