Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the support process, and maintaining a proactive approach to system management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
