Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also participate in testing and quality assurance activities to guarantee that the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Testing. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Ability to create and execute test plans and test cases. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Testing. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
