The Contract Administrator is responsible for end-to-end contract administration and governance across the contract lifecycle, including contract creation support, review coordination, execution, compliance tracking, renewals, and post-award administration. This role partners with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales/Business, and Operations to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, properly stored, and managed in line with organizational policies and risk controls. Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment. It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs.
