Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, documenting the implementation of cloud security controls, and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to align security strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated into the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security practices. - Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools to improve the overall security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Integrated Security Risk Management. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement security controls in cloud environments. - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to cloud security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Integrated Security Risk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
