Your role involves understanding user behavior and designing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and usability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead user research activities to gather insights for design - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows - Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles - Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma - Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture - Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required
