Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges that arise. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. - Excellent communication skills to convey project goals and updates to stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
