Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges that arise. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. - Excellent communication skills to convey project goals and updates to stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
