Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in application development and maintenance using various programming languages. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
