Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring seamless communication across platforms. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on enhancing the overall user experience and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with incident management and resolution processes. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for system enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
