Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their issues, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will leverage your deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions, ensuring a high standard of quality in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience with ticketing systems and service management tools. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
