Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and workflows. - Experience with problem management and root cause analysis. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
