Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to improve system reliability and efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance. - Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. - Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Familiarity with incident management systems and service desk operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
