Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong understanding of web application development frameworks. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
