Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Experience with cloud deployment and management tools. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Resource needs to be AI Ready.
