Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Good experience of Capital Markets, working on Risk Domain and in Manual Testing. - Good knowledge of SQL and should have worked in agile, scrum setup. - Should have prior experience in creation of BRD s and FRD s. - Exposure to Tableau, GCP preferred. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
