You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and industry standards. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any roadblocks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles. - Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
