You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective service desk voice support. - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Document all support interactions and solutions accurately. - Collaborate with team members to improve support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework. - Experience in incident management and ticketing systems. - Knowledge of remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
