WORK YOU’LL DO As a Strategy & Consulting Consultant, you will use your excellent analytical skills and imagination to solve the business problems of our clients within the Energy/ Utilities/ Resources industries and identify and unlock value for them through the innovative application of key digital trends and business and technology solutions. Responsibilities: Driving large transformation projects to help clients change for the future Engaging directly with clients on their most challenging business issues – understanding, addressing and solving their priority strategic & operational problems Working with a high performing team and helping our clients drive profitability and performance through aligning to the right long-term operating model Leveraging Accenture’s international assets and expertise to bring new ideas to the clients Working with the business users to perform business analysis Providing project management and change management support on large scale transformation projects Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate and implement various programs People management/ coaching and Client Management As a Strategy & Consulting Analyst, you will use your excellent analytical skills and imagination to solve the business problems of our clients within the Energy/ Utilities/ Resources industries and identify and unlock value for them through the innovative application of key digital trends and business and technology solutions. Responsibilities: Working in large transformation projects, to help clients change for the future Engaging directly with clients on their most challenging business issues – understanding, addressing, solving their priority operational problems Understanding client's processes and business requirements and supporting business process re-engineering activities Providing project management and change management support on large scale transformation projects. Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate and implement various programs
