Develop and optimize sales processes and operating models to improve revenue outcomes. Create roadmaps for digital technology implementations, including CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price&Quote), TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management) platforms. Develop pricing strategies, operating models, and processes aligned with organizational goals. Conduct analytics-driven assessments and business case development for pricing and sales transformation. Enable platform-based solutions such as CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price&Quote), TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management). Collaborate with clients to design data-driven solutions for sales and pricing challenges.
