In this context, we are looking for an experienced Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) Consultant. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions. As a Consultant in our Intelligent Asset Management practice, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to: Accelerate digital transformation journey for our clients in the areas of Asset Integrity / Reliability and Intelligent Asset Maintenance, through innovative solutions, including AI-led solutions Reimagine manufacturing and materials processing with the power of AI-led insights, enabling Operations and Business realize higher operational efficiencies Leverage intelligence to drive greater insights, as well as personalize experiences and optimize performance WORK YOU'LL DO: Responsible for providing functional consulting in Asset Management and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key IAM processes like Incident management, Process Analysis including also Product Safety. Support the design, configuration, and technical implementation of IAM solutions with additional focus on data-driven asset management solutions, such as digital twins. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements. Prepare project & resource plan and cost estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption. Support the development of Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in IAM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases. Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the IAM domain.
