WORK YOU’LL DO As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be a key player in our product development process, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work day-to-day with cross-functional Product Development Teams, their Product Owners and the hosting Organization. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the team create amazing digital products (mobile & web). You will focus on creating Business Value, amazing User Experience and exceptional Product Quality. Responsibilities: Work with Product Owners, end users and business stakeholders to define and refine the requirements for new functionalities and services Document business requirements and interpret them to functional requirements Work with the technical delivery teams to explain the functional requirements, understand technical difficulties and gaps and refine the proposed solution to compromise between business value and technical feasibility Planning and executing business activities related to the software development lifecycle for various digital channels (Web & Mobile) Establish and maintain clear communication channels with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely identification, monitoring, and resolution of project dependencies Design, execute, and document standardized test scenarios and use cases, adhering to industry best practices, and create detailed technical support documentation Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Product community by sharing expertise, fostering collaboration, and introducing innovative ideas and initiatives
