WORK YOU’LL DO As part of Accenture Data & AI practice, specialized in AI (our general term for deep learning, NLP, computer vision, chatbots, VA and robotics), you will be responsible for building and deploying new AI solutions for Accenture’s clients to improve various business outcomes and drive innovation. The opportunities to make a difference within exciting client initiatives are unlimited in the ever-changing technology landscape. You will also be part of a growing network of technology experts who are highly collaborative taking on today’s biggest, most complex business challenges. As an AI Foundational Model Specialist, you will: Develop, test and deploy Generative & Agentic AI applications, including agent-based workflows. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, drive prompting strategies (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought), fine-tuning and interact with both open-source & general-purpose AI systems. Collaborate with other AI engineers and software developers to deploy AI models into cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Work with Data & AI Architects to create solid architecture of AI products. Optimize AI application for performance and accuracy. Coach and mentor Junior AI engineers to develop multiple components of the AI applications.
