What You’ll Do Lead or contribute to AI-enabled transformation programs that reimagine core operational processes in banking. Perform business and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and design future-state operating models. Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and AI use case definitions. Engage with senior banking stakeholders to understand challenges and co-create AI-powered solutions. Provide project management and delivery support, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams to implement transformation programs successfully.
