WORK YOU’LL DO We are seeking a Management Consultant Trainee (3–6 month contract) to support the development of our practice within European Institutions. Responsibilities: Supporting key projects and helping build client relationships. Assisting in qualitative and quantitative research to understand organizational processes. Contributing to data collection through desk research, interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders. Analyzing data and ensuring its reliability through quality checks. Helping prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations for our clients. Assisting in developing strategies and campaigns for stakeholder engagement. Participating in client meetings and contributing to discussions. Sharing fresh ideas to enhance our services and contribute to our growth. Participating in team events to help strengthen our consulting practice.
