Come join us As a D365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will be client-facing and will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimise D365 CRM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. You’ll solve problems using your D365 knowledge as you liaise between Accenture clients, your project team, and the wider internal Microsoft CRM and Biz Apps community. What you’ll do This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to configure and customise Microsoft D365 CRM applications. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Service Center Service modules. Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to define solution roadmaps. Configure, customise, and extend D365 CRM using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Work alongside technical consultants and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and business process improvements. Conduct system testing, user training, and support change management activities. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform trends and updates. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and implement Copilot features for improved customer engagement.
