Accenture Technology Trainee Program We are looking for recent graduates to our 6-month Accenture Technology Trainee Program at our Helsinki office. Accenture Technology Trainee Program is a program through which you start your career at Accenture Technology. Through the program, you’ll have opportunities to develop your skills and find your place in the tech world. You’ll work on client or Accenture projects and grow your professional expertise through tailored training sessions focused on industry knowledge, Business analysis skills and Accenture’s own methodology for project work. This program will include regular meetings with mentors and peers, to support you in your journey. How to succeed as a trainee at Accenture Technology As a Technology Trainee, you will be part of teams in our client engagements. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives. We do not expect you to know everything or have years of experience – the right attitude, ability to learn and knowledge of relevant tools will get you started. You might also be a career changer with experience from a specific industry that we work with. For trainees, we require: A relevant bachelor’s or master's degree. Strong readiness and enthusiasm to learn and develop your own skills. Creativity and sensitivity to identify solutions and be a collaborative problem solver. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Fluent skills in Finnish is an advantage. You are willing to contribute and collaborate with the team onsite. The roles we offer This time around, we are looking for trainees for the following teams: In Communications & Media we work with our clients to bring advanced technologies to consumers and organizations across Communications, Media and Technology industries. Our projects require technical capabilities across the software lifecycle, with a particular focus on cloud technologies and common application platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce. Projects offer a variety of roles, including maintenance, testing, reporting, version control, and environment management. Most important is a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. The Resources Technology unit works with clients in the Nordics and globally, helping organizations in energy and natural resources modernize operations and promote sustainable growth. For this role we value a background and interest in data analytics, machine learning, or AI, experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud, and full‑stack development skills including React, Python, SQL, and container technologies. You will within our Products practice be working with one of our clients within retail, consumer goods and services, or industrial equipment. An interest in business functions such as supply chain or finance is an advantage. We also value an interest in or experience in AI tooling (such as GenWizard), familiarity with ERP systems and Oracle.
