As a SAP Data Migration lead in Accenture’s Nordic SAP Business Group, you will be leading data migration team in complex SAP implementation projects. You will including Data Cleansing, Data Extraction, Data Transformation, Data Load and Data Validation. You will work closely with clients, translating their business and functional requirements into SAP design documents and overseeing the solution delivery. Your strong business process knowledge, combined with your in-depth technical migration expertise will be key to designing effective and efficient solutions for our clients. Our clients work in a large variety of industries, and we currently have open roles specifically in the Products / Manufacturing area. Role Overview As a SAP Data Migration lead in Accenture’s Nordic SAP Business Group, you will be leading data migration team in complex SAP implementation projects. (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition) You are expected to design the end-to-end date migration and cleansing strategy, execute/manage design/build of data migration programs, execute data migration mocks/production load/cut-over activities and manage data cleansing activities. The ideal candidate has deep SAP expertise across different SAP areas like Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity of all migrated data objects from legacy systems into the SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall data migration strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned with program milestones. Lead data migration planning, design, and execution across multiple legacy sources and target systems (ECC, S/4HANA) Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to define data migration scope, mapping rules, and transformation logic Oversee ETL tool selection and usage (e.g. SAP Data Services), ADM by Synti, Informatica, Migration Cockpit, LSMW, SNP or DMLT tool Ensure compliance with SAP and client data quality, security, and audit standards Define data validation and reconciliation procedures (pre- and post- load) Manage mock loads, cutover strategy, and go-live readiness for data migration Facilitate issue triage and resolution across data objects (master data, transactional data, and historical data) Provide regular progress reporting to the project management and business leadership Lead a team of onshore/offshore data migration specialists and collaborate with functional, basis, and technical teams.
