Jako Insurance Consultant budete pomáhat předním pojišťovnám transformovat jejich obchodní a technologické prostředí. Budete navrhovat a implementovat inovativní řešení, která modernizují klíčové pojišťovací systémy, zvyšují efektivitu a umožňují digitální zákaznickou zkušenost. Budete se podílet na vývoji a rozvoji klíčových systémů v oblasti neživotního (výhledově i životního) pojištění. Spolupráci s lokálními i zahraničními týmy Práci na nových produktech, funkcionalitách a digitalizaci procesů Podporu testování a implementace nových řešení Hlavní odpovědnosti: Client Advisory: Spolupráce s pojišťovnami a porozumění jejich obchodním výzvám, definování technologických řešení napříč oblastmi distribuce, úpisu, správy pojistných smluv a likvidace pojistných událostí – jak v životním, tak v neživotním pojištění. Solution Design & Delivery: Převod obchodních požadavků do funkčních a technických návrhů řešení. Příprava definice rozhraní mezi systémy, dohlížení na systémovou integraci (API, moderní integrační architektury), testování systémů. Project Leadership: Vedení projektových týmů a jejich koordinace, řízení očekávání stakeholderů. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Přispívání k rozvoji pojišťovací praxe společnosti Accenture prostřednictvím tvorby nástrojů a materiálů, účasti na oborových fórech a sdílení poznatků o nových technologiích, jako jsou umělá inteligence a cloud. Náplň práce: Analýza business požadavků a jejich transformace do funkčních specifikací Spolupráce se zadavateli při formulaci požadavků a návrhu řešení Tvorba funkčních designů (FD), popisů procesů a analytických podkladů pro vývoj Komunikace a prezentace návrhů řešení stakeholderům Spolupráce s vývojáři, testery, architekty a dalšími týmy (lokálními i zahraničními) Podpora vývojového týmu během implementace, validace řešení Příprava testovacích scénářů a podpora při systémových a integračních testech
