Hledáme Payroll Specialistu/ku, který/á bude zodpovědný/á za kompletní zpracování mzdových procesů a služeb. Vaším úkolem bude správa mzdových programů, výpočty a zpracování mezd, zajištění souladu s předpisy a poskytování podpory zaměstnancům. Správa mzdových úkolů od začátku do konce pro včasné a přesné výplaty; Ověřování výstupních souborů pro mzdový proces; Vystavování výplatních pásek; Vytváření finálního mzdového reportu a kontrola případných rozdílů; Zaúčtovávání do hlavní knihy; Zpracovávání roční závěrky; Údržba a příprava pracovních výkazů a dokumentace; Zajišťování souladu s předpisy (vytváření zakonných výkazů, podávání daňového přiznání, výklad a zpracování srážek ze mzdy, výklad legislativních/regulačních změn, atd.) Podpora interních a externích auditů souvisejících se mzdami; Provádění interních kontrol mzdových procesů; Podpora zaměstnanců při dotazech a eskalacích týkajících se mezd; Aktivní zapojování v rámci zlepšování procesů.
