Role Overview Work as part of a dedicated team for a major insurance client Handle tasks independently with a proactive, can‑do attitude Communicate clearly and help bridge the gap between business and tech Use professional English in daily international collaboration Work with stakeholders to resolve Salesforce issues and deliver small enhancements Suggest practical solutions and help choose the best approach for fixes What You Will Do Support & Maintenance: Manage support tickets end‑to‑end and ensure platform stability Small Development: Deliver configuration updates (Flows, Validation Rules, Layouts) and small code fixes Incident Handling: Troubleshoot bugs, analyze root causes, and deploy hotfixes Platform Health: Contribute to maintenance activities, org monitoring, and documentation
