Client is a company known for its premium automobiles and commitment to innovation in the automotive industry. Responsibilities: As an EDI Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating EDI connection onboardings between a premium automotive client and their suppliers and other relevant parties. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating EDI connection onboardings, ensuring smooth integration between the client and suppliers. Preparing test data, managing communication with trading partners, and assisting in the production of operational documents to establish and maintain stable connections. Collaborating with third-party EDI providers and new trading partners to set up existing and new processes. Troubleshooting and repairing ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) based on client guidelines, including supporting suppliers with structure issues in test ASNs. Managing all communication with suppliers, performing EDI tests, and coordinating these activities with multiple parties. Maintaining effective EDI relationships with trading partners and providing support to all internal departments and vendors.
