Jako Manager / Senior Manager – Insurance Technology budete stát v čele návrhu a realizace komplexních technologických transformací pro přední pojišťovny v ČR. Vaším cílem bude pomáhat klientům modernizovat core systémy, digitalizovat procesy a budovat integrační, datové a cloudové platformy – s důrazem na měřitelnou hodnotu, kvalitu dodávky a dlouhodobé partnerství. Součástí role je řízení dodávek i business development: deal shaping, solution planning, tvorba propozic a aktivní práce se sponzory a vedením pojišťoven. Budete fungovat jako důvěryhodný partner pro střední a vyšší management klienta a současně jako leader pro týmy Accenture v ČR i v near/offshore režimu. Hlavní odpovědnosti: Client Advisory / Relationship Management: Budování a rozvoj vztahů se stakeholdery na úrovni středního a vyššího managementu pojišťoven (business i IT). Porozumění business a operation procesům pojišťovny (distribuce, underwriting, správa smluv, likvidace škod) a jejich převod do technologických schopností a cílového operating modelu. Facilitace workshopů se sponzory, business vlastníky a IT leadershipem; řízení očekávání, eskalací a governance. Deal Shaping / Solution Planning / Pre-sales: Identifikace příležitostí, tvorba propozic, příprava pitchů a podkladů pro obchodní jednání. Vedení solutioning aktivit: definice scope, roadmap, odhady (cost/effort), delivery model (on/near/offshore), rizika, value case a governance. Spolupráce s architekty, security, cloud a delivery týmy při tvorbě návrhů řešení, komerčních předpokladů a SOW. Solution Design & Architecture Oversight: Supervize návrhu cílové architektury (aplikace, integrace, data, cloud), integračních patternů (API-led, event-driven), NFR a security. Zkušenost s modernizací / replatformingem core insurance systémů (Policy/Claims/Billing) a integrací na digitální kanály, CRM, DWH/BI, dokumentové a workflow systémy. Řízení architektonických trade-offů: time-to-market vs. stabilita, legacy constraints, regulatorní a auditní požadavky. Program/Project Delivery Leadership: End-to-end řízení transformačních programů (waterfall i agile), plánování, koordinace multi-stream týmů a dodavatelů. Odpovědnost za kvalitu, kontrolu rozsahu, řízení rizik a issue management; zajištění splnění KPI/SLA. Finanční řízení: rozpočty, forecast, margin, change control, řízení subdodavatelů. People Leadership & Practice Development: Vedení a mentoring týmů (BA/SA/PM/Arch), rozvoj talentů, hiring a performance management. Thought leadership: sdílení best practices, tvorba interních materiálů a assets, účast na oborových fórech, rozvoj Insurance Technology kompetencí.
