O pozici: Tahle role je pro zkušené kandidáty, které baví generativní AI a chtějí stavět řešení na Google Cloudu (GCP) od prvního workshopu a rychlého PoC až po produkční nasazení. Budete navrhovat architekturu nad Vertex AI a modely Gemini a řešit i praktické věci kolem provozu: bezpečnost, škálování, náklady a observabilitu. V praxi budete navrhovat RAG pipeline (ingest, embeddingy, retrieval, vektorové vyhledávání – např. BigQuery / AlloyDB / Vertex Vector Search), volit mezi managed GCP službami (Agent Builder / Search / Conversation) a custom stackem (LangChain / LlamaIndex) a integrovat řešení přes Cloud Run/Functions, API Gateway a Pub/Sub. Nebudete jen posílat návrhy dál – budete technicky vést směr a být u samotné realizace s týmem i klientem. Náplň práce: Navrhujete a realizujete architekturu GenAI řešení na Google Cloud (hlavně Vertex AI + Gemini). Volíte vhodný přístup: managed služby GCP (Agent Builder / Search / Conversation) vs. custom řešení (LangChain/LlamaIndex). Spolu s klientem sbíráte požadavky, vedete technické diskuze/workshopy a převádíte je do návrhu řešení Stavíte rychlá PoC/dema (např. Streamlit na Cloud Run, Vertex AI Studio) pro ověření use casů. Navrhujete a realizujete RAG: ingest dokumentů, embeddingy, vyhledávání a volbu vektorového úložiště (např. BigQuery / AlloyDB /Vertex Vector Search). Pomáháte s integrací do systémů přes Cloud Functions / API Gateway / Pub/Sub a řešíte základní provozní témata (bezpečnost, náklady, škálování). U nás nebudeš jen „posílat návrhy dál“ — budeš řešení navrhovat, vést tým, který ho postaví, a zároveň být u samotné realizace.
