Role Summary: The AdOps Paid Media role implements and manages paid social and programmatic campaign operations. This includes campaign execution, ad trafficking, optimization, budget pacing, conversion tracking, QA, and performance reporting, ensuring accurate delivery and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsabilities: Operate and manage campaigns across paid media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, The TradeDesk (TTD) and GoogleAds. Translate media plans and briefs into accurate platform setups, ensuring correct structure, naming conventions, and alignment with strategy. Manage campaign trgeting parameters, bid strategies, and optimization settings. Traffic campaigns accurately and on time based on approved media plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage creative rotations, versioning, and replacements across platforms. Ensure proper application of UTMs, naming conventions, and tracking frameworks. Troubleshoot trafficking, delivery, and tracking issues in-platform and with thirdparty tools. Maintain campaign documentation, including build sheets, launch checklists, and QA logs. Support campaign changes such as budget reallocations, flight extensions, creative swaps, and targeting updates. Ensure compliance with platform policies and internal operational standards. Execute end-to-end ad trafficking, including: Creative and copy uploads; URL and tracking implementation; and Ad format selection and placement mapping. Perform full QA prior to launch, validating: Creative accuracy; Tracking and pixels firing correctly; and Targeting, budgets, pacing, and dates. Manage day-to-day optimizations of all live campaigns to maximize performance. Test and analyze performance metrics using native platform analytics and internal measurement tools. Monitor pacing and spend to prevent underdelivery or overdelivery. Identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, bidding, and placements. Use Excel and other analytical tools to produce recurring and adhoc reports based on defined datasets and delivery schedules. Analyze performance data and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Support post-campaign analysis and contribute to learnings and best practices.
